I didn't receive my tickets

It is possible you did receive the email containing your tickets, but it might have been filtered into a spam/junk folder. Make sure you check those folders. If you still can't find it, you can click here.

I haven't received my tickets, only my purchase confirmation.

Not all of ours shows emit electronic tickets. Your purchase confirmation email will let you know if you need to pick up your tickets the day of the show or it will contain a link to view your tickets. Due to COVID-19, we are trying to send all tickets electronically, please note they might take a few days after your purchase to arrive.

My tickets have no barcode, is this normal?

All of our tickets have a barcode. Seeing your tickets on a mobile device can cut off the barcode, we recommend you see them with your mobile device in landscape mode or on a bigger device such as a tablet or laptop.

How can I get a refund for my tickets?

If you bought your tickets outside our website, then you will need to contact the ticket seller directly (e.g. TicketMaster ®, Venue, etc.). If you bought your tickets on our website and the reason for your cancellation is personal regrettably we cannot offer you a refund - all sales are final. If you want a refund for a postponed event then please contact us using the form below. Make sure you include the event name, city as well as your receipt number or the email used for the purchase.
